This is the cumulative update version, which is without setup DU. It's not necessary for updating your current system, it's only used for upgrading. You also don't need aggregated metadata from feature update to be able to install the update.

Good lord the tabbed file explorer and the new navigation pane are pain in the rear !! Even if you disable the new navigation pane, The Home folder starts to replicate randomly below itself. With Tabs, the explorer dragging is futile as 2/3rd of dragging space doesn't work. Not to forget the white flash while opening a new tab when you are in dark mode. Reminds me of Microsoft of Longhorn days.
