i have updated to .440. all the features like explorer tabs, new open with dialog have gone. and enabling them with vivetool does nothing. very strange.
Reboot your system. Sometimes that is the only solution. But I would try one more thing before I did a clean install. Upgrade in place, using a newer ISO image. That will only take a few minutes, will be a lot less trouble than a clean install with the necessity of reinstalling all of your applications, and restoring all of your data and settings. It might not help, but it's worth a shot.
In place upgrade usually inherits all such random dumb bugs from original installation so I never bother with it now.
Agree. I had some windows update issues with kb5015814 and KB5015882. Upgrading with an uudump iso with those KB's integrated fixed it. Then upgraded to 22622.440 with an iso created from uudump.net
