So it goes with an express update process. It seems like a large file for that, but I guess that is certainly possible. Thanks for the reply.
If it was needed, the ssu update.mum info would have shown the cab is a PSFX formatted update, which now needs a separate psf file to form a complete update, only the LCU shows that info.

I've asked @abbodi1406 what to call it when it first appeared and it goes into all wim files, i just called it a general package in the updates overview for convenience.
