For online installing IP (Release Preview/Beta channel) updates they cause problems. ps, sfc /scannow is not a cleanup as meant in this scenario and /analyzecomponentstore neither, afaik.
if you want to update your OS online you only need LCU 1. create LCU MSU 2. install it with DISM Code: DISM /Online /Add-Package=E:\Downloads\Windows10.0-KB5007262-x64.msu p.s. you can't install it on top of 875 LCU if cleanup was applied also it makes no sense, you are DOWNGRADING from Beta to RP channel latest Beta build is 22623.891, so you should install 891 LCU, not 898
