The issue was fixed yesterday W365 detectoid is revised and now it's deployed for both Windows 11 21H2/22H2, and Windows 10 20H2-22H2
it was never released officially but you can build it yourself, it makes sense only for tests reasons
new 22623 features don't meant to be on Retail LCU yet, don't mix it the only available features on Retail channel now are on 22622 EP

After applying this month's LCU (Windows 10 machine) i noticed that the weather detailed info on Lock screen shows the temperature in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius no matter what is set in the Weather app. The same thing mentioned by a friend on his Windows 11 machine with this month's updates.
