I installed the update in the usual way (through the offline installer and opening in explorer). This brought back a bug (startup in task manager) which was fixed in the latest beta. Therefore, I recommend sticking to the recommendation not to mix update channels, especially with different change descriptions.
Can you stop this nonsens, NO MSFT didn't release it as 22623.1105 BUT we know for a few years now (since 1903 - 18262/3) that the updates can be installed/integrated on both 22621 and 22623 and all updates are still 22621.xxxxxxx. AND it is NOT advised to mix retail and insider preview RP or Beta channel updates, but it is possible to do.
My system performs normally and dism checks normally from the script output I posted with install.wim from 22623.1105 ISO (built from uupdump scripts). I think there's just some design issues if not outright bugs that cause performance problems. The attached pic is definitely new behavior where "wmi provider host" uses a good bit of CPU doing nothing but looking at processes in taskmgr and otherwise idle. But agreed, I will probably need to refresh after building the uupdump ISO from the next beta release just to make sure. This 22623.1105 release seems buggier than the 22623.1095 release preview ....

Installed optional update for Windows (KB5022360 22621.1194) after clean install of W11 22621.1105 on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Gen3 Tablet but then, fails to restart with BSOD due to CI.dll. Tried twice with same results. This update installed correctly on Surface Pro 7 with same OS version. Just to let you know.
