@Enthousiast Little question. Why is the KB5026039 update optional? Was it not replaced by the Cumulative Update according to Paul Mercer?
KB5026039 is not the OOB (Out Of Band) update for NDP48(1) it is a OOBE update which is installed during the Out Of Box Experience.
but they are doing this for Windows 11 since 21H2 release I don't get it, that article is for Windows 10 and Windows 11, and suddenly they don't want us to update winre with LCU
