Finally fix for white flashes during explorer launching in dark mode. But have they fixed the white flashes while clicking on a new tab? Dumbf**** at MS can't even fix basic things which a one man team of StartIsBack can fix by sitting in his bedroom.

Yes on 22621.2338, If I set explorer to open to Home then there are no white flashes while opening a new tab. Probably done on purpose to force people to set Home as default. But that's never gonna happen here.
