    Does KB5011048 (.net framework 4.8.1) is still require or already inside those new 23h2 isos ??

    KB5011048 is for Windows 11 v21H2 (10.0.22000) only, it's not needed for both v22H2 and v23H2 as .net 4.8.1 is built-in. All it requires is the latest .NET 4.8.1 CU.
