Windows 11 on a 32bit bios?

I'm sure your suggestion doesn't work. Not because is wrong but because the OP isn't going to read it just like he did with clover/duet ones

 

is windows\system32\winload.exe still present on Win 11?

 

Obviously is there, w/o it boot on MBR disks wouldn't be possible, but a lot of people (included me) have working installations on MBR VMs and pre UEFI PCs

 

Since MS said Win11 is UEFI-only I thought they may remove it from final build.
So OP can use legacy booting and boot without UEFI

OP said no BIOS compatibility module is his UEFI bios, that's why I suggested to look to more "esoteric" solutions like Clover

install ltsc 2021 32 bits with windows store ( because this computer are locked to 32 uefi sorry )

to install windows store open cmd with admin rights and write wsreset -i
