Obviously is there, w/o it boot on MBR disks wouldn't be possible, but a lot of people (included me) have working installations on MBR VMs and pre UEFI PCs
Since MS said Win11 is UEFI-only I thought they may remove it from final build. So OP can use legacy booting and boot without UEFI
Possible OP said no BIOS compatibility module is his UEFI bios, that's why I suggested to look to more "esoteric" solutions like Clover
install ltsc 2021 32 bits with windows store ( because this computer are locked to 32 uefi sorry ) to install windows store open cmd with admin rights and write wsreset -i
