In Windows 10 you can type cmd and press enter in the address bar in explorer to open a command prompt there. Should work in Windows 11 too, I think. The problem is, an unelevated command prompt is not much use. You need one with admin privileges.
Added to main tweaks/fixes/modding post index as Force Open In Windows Terminal To Work As Elevated Console
See on Ghacks.net the new article "how-to-uninstall-widgets-in-windows-11/" I don't have enough posts on MyDigitalLife to mention a link....sorry!
Do you always keep your brain switched off? In an explorer window, type cmd and press enter to open a command prompt window there. In an explorer window, type powershell and press enter to open a Powershell (aka Windows Terminal) prompt window there.
That's inaccurate. Windows Terminal shouldn't really be 'also known as' Powershell, it's a common console application for Command Prompt, PowerShell, and WSL. Whichever one it's set to open as default is configurable by the user. Windows Terminal - Set To To Open As Powershell Or Command Prompt By Default Windows Terminal - Customizing The Terminal Window
you didn't use terminal my dear friend Can run both. PS cmd whatever you like Even in ps windows type cmd than type PowerShell Or by switch to cmd window it's stay in same directory
If you have open cmd then you need to open powershell just write start powershell and enter and you will open new window with powershell. But if you need migrate from powershell to cmd just write start cmd and enter now new window is cmd. Fast and without lazy method.

Found on the web.Tested and it works.
Yes, same version already in the main tweaks/fixes/modding post index listed as Restore Classic Context Menus Systemwide (.reg) No worries though.
wouldnt Code: New-NetFirewallRule -DisplayName "Block_Diagtrack" -Name "Block_Diagtrack" -Direction Outbound -Service "utcsvc" -Action Block work ?
Ah okay, I missed that one. I couldn't find it in Windows 11 Tweaks, Fixes and Modifications Overview
Which link? I just clicked every link in @zucrin post, all working fine. Which link are you having trouble with?
No worries mate, it catches a few people out and obviously getting worse as the thread grows longer, and more stuff is added. But not to fret! @Tito posted that he's busy with real life stuff atm, but will look at replacing the second post with the post index when time permits. No worries.
