Windows 11 Tweaks, Fixes and Modifications [Overview]

I have an AMD CPU, not GPU.

Windows update keeps trying to install an outdated display driver for the iGPU, this causes problems with Adrenaline.

I've heard about wushowhide and minitool, but is there a cleaner way to block the update specifically? (before I click Resume Updates)

People who use Windows Server, some way of "memory compress" works similar to Windows 10/11 on the server there if you activate the feature it doesn't compress almost anything and when it reaches the limit of used RAM, it doesn't even use swap properly

 

have you tested it with page/swap file disabled?

2 people ran my tweaks within a week and then complained. Honestly, what is wrong with people, they can not even use search within the script, for the record, it is CTRL+F I do not know, how many warnings should I put up? Any ideas?

Can anyone know how to remove .cache folder from root directory, files inside got no permissions at all

 

Try from admin cmd

which tweaks can help explorer to reduce cpu usage

on my pc it takes 7-8% on vm, on boot
later it will reduce to 5%

can something help to make it better for older PCs

At idle? Search indexing, Defender, background apps, etc, all that s***, umm stuff, is disabled? My CPU is at ~1% at idle (10% due to taking the screenshot).

 

A workaround for new outlook not showing notification when closed
drag a shortcut from startmenu jumplist to desktop
Modify the shortcut to open minimised
go to system tray tick hide when minimised
drop the modded shortcut in users startup folder ..this is located in roaming
don't use the close button in the UI ...only use minimised
leave app running minimised
when you reboot/login ...outlook will go straight to system tray ....notifications working.
