Windows 2012r2 and Wsus server

    i am running win server 2012r2 with wsus and i have a win10pro computer added to this domain and wsus

    but in wsus this win10 computer shows up windows vista

    is there other wsus users here with this problems and not only me

    Yes, WSUS thinks Windows 10 is Vista. It doesn't affect anything other than what you see in the console. I imagine there will be a patch pretty soon.

    thanks for info

    so upgrades downloaded to wsus for win10 will be installed ?

    because when i press the update button in win10 it search local first and find nothing but if i upgrade from microsoft it finds

    defender updates and security updates. i have setup wsus to download all things used for win10

    LMAO I bet M$ will love that ... there own WSUS server mixing up there new prize OS with there biggest mistake ever ...

    Up until 10240 I was able to find and import the updates by using the Import function, searching "preview" and sorting by date, newest first. None of the updates for 10240 seem to be showing up even when I know the KB number to search. I hope this works again soon.
