hmm.. i played around with the product keys in the first post on my regular 7600. it took a while on the "please wait while windows activates" screen. then it says "the product key you typed has been blocked from use by microsoft"

this means that the keys do work in some way/shape/form. gonna try that oem build..

Are we already able to install the browser we want in E versions? Or it just don't have IE?

im not too good with the oem pre-installed key thing.. but i think thats what theyre for.. not sure for which OEM though. it works kind of like the XP Corporate key.

so im guessing this is why when i installed xp using a dell cd on my optiplex-gx240 pc i didnt have to activate it, but i tried it on my hp nc6000 laptop, it wants me to specify a different key. thats probably why its not working for either of us

These are NON-SLP OEM keys which have to activated online (or by phone) and have already been black-listed (i.e. blocked) by Microsoft. Installing the OEM version of Windows 7 won't help you.

    First, thanks for uploading these.

Ran into a problem, though. (this is regarding the official RTM OEM versions of Win7 in both 32 and 64 bit made available in the first post.)

First, the Rapidshare links are dead--files have been removed.

So after getting about a dozen files from RS, I got the rest from Hotfiles. I can't unrar the files with either 7zip nor WinRAR 3.9, certain segments are failing CRC checks. I've downloaded and re-downloaded all of them, but these are still throwing off errors:

    32-bit x86: part16, part23, & part24. WinRAR says:
! G:\Win7 ISO\MS_ISO_W_7_Ultimate_OEM_RTM_x86_EN_JC_.part16.rar: Packed data CRC failed in 7600.16385.090713-1255_x86fre_client_en-us_OEM_Ultimate-GRMCULFREO_EN_DVD.iso. The volume is corrupt

! G:\Win7 ISO\MS_ISO_W_7_Ultimate_OEM_RTM_x86_EN_JC_.part23.rar: Packed data CRC failed in 7600.16385.090713-1255_x86fre_client_en-us_OEM_Ultimate-GRMCULFREO_EN_DVD.iso. The volume is corrupt

! G:\Win7 ISO\MS_ISO_W_7_Ultimate_OEM_RTM_x86_EN_JC_.part24.rar: CRC failed in 7600.16385.090713-1255_x86fre_client_en-us_OEM_Ultimate-GRMCULFREO_EN_DVD.iso. The file is corrupt

    64-bit: part02 and part31 register errors:
! G:\Win7 ISO x64\MS_ISO_W_7_Ultimate_OEM_RTM_x64_EN_JC_.part02.rar: Packed data CRC failed in 7600.16385.090713-1255_x64fre_client_en-us_OEM_Ultimate-GRMCULXFREO_EN_DVD.iso. The volume is corrupt

! G:\Win7 ISO x64\MS_ISO_W_7_Ultimate_OEM_RTM_x64_EN_JC_.part31.rar: CRC failed in 7600.16385.090713-1255_x64fre_client_en-us_OEM_Ultimate-GRMCULXFREO_EN_DVD.iso. The file is corrupt

I don't see anybody else reporting this, but I've downloaded each of these files at least two times (most three times), on two different computers, and have used two different programs (7zip and WinRAR.) I did get some from Rapidshare before they were removed, but when re-downloading them from Hotfiles, they show the same corruption. I don't know what else the problem could be. Anybody?

eta: used WinRAR to "repair" the archive, but what comes out the other end no longer matches the given hashes.

    Hi,

i've ran into few problems runing Win_7_Clean_Full_Activation_JC_.

I have installed this version of Win 7: 7600.16385.090713-1255_x64fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRMCULXFRER_EN_DVD (so, it's RTM, not OEM- but some posters said it doesn't matter).

    1. i have hidden system partition (100mb) on which, i copied all files&folder from zip
    2. i edited Loader\installer.bat so it said my S: partition instead of %SystemDrive%.
    3. i ran it as Administrator.

    here is what i get:

    Error #1:

    ----------------
Target volumes will be updated with BOOTMGR compatible bootcode.

    C: (\\?\Volume{1588bb4a-b802-11dc-9865-806e6f6e6963})

Updated NTFS filesystem bootcode. The update may be unreliable since the
volume could not be locked during the update:
    Access is denied.

Bootcode was successfully updated on all targeted volumes.

    ----------------

So, the bootcode wasn't copied on C: partition

    Error #2:

After few seconds i also got the notice, that the product key is NOT valid.

So, can juzzi or anyone else help me with this one please?

    Thank you!
