Windows 7 -7057 network discovery problem

    Here's what I discovered. Make system sleep. Resume. Voila! PCs on network suddenly appear. Maybe it needs a nap because it's tired after startup? :rolleyes:

    Please check that the following services are automatic and started:

    --SSDP Discovery
    --TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
    --Computer Browser
    --Server

    Tonight I'll try a local reinstallation.

    Pity - works for me every time. After a 7057 reboot I can't see my notebook (on 7022 x64) from my workstation (on 7057 x64). I sleep my workstation, and when I resume both systems can see each other from then on, until I reboot my workstation then I need to go through the sleep-resume cycle again on the 7057 workstation.

    Ok, just finished a real installation (non VM). The 7057 build CAN'T see my Un*x machines, even the NAS is invisible.

    Thrown it away in the toilet and flushed.
