    ALL OK with the new links at torrent.ru...
    and you can continue the older download if you move the old x86 file that blocked at 99,7 % in the root download dir of your program...

    language french x32 already installed on my notebook OK

    Yes you can by using the /online switch like this
    Open up cmd with admin privileges and type this:
    You have to extract the contents of the iso into a folder and replace it with [FolderName]
