    I use Symantec Endpoint 11 MR4 x64
    Just make sure you disable the firewall function.

    mcafee offers a beta internet security that runs until dec 31st 2009
    norton beta software is terrible trial lasts 14 days

    Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 works without problem not keep viruses quarantined, deleted immediately. suggest ;)

    I use ESS 4.0 on all my boxes along with the Eset Remote Admin Console, very easy to manage and use.

    ive used avg on every build of w7 ive had, never had a problem.

    I recommend AVAST Home edition it is free and is excellent!

    Comodo Update

    Notwithstanding my previous hawking of Comodo, I ditched the suite as I found it to be too aggressive and, after using it for some time, it was still in an annoying "learning" mode.

    I am back with - and will stay with Avast which, as Echrada notes, is "free and excellent."
