Got same issue Got the same issue on W7 ultimate, after booting the PC or restarting its unable to connect, only after i open the network panel and click on the X icon between my PC and the web, the problem is resolved (Windows says that my network adapter was reseted). i have dual boot, W7 + WinXP, it happens only on W7, on the XP installation no issue.
