I want to prepare a windows 7 machine, backup it and than restore the image to new different hardware machines. What version of windows 7 do you recommend me to use? What activation method? How to prepare the image? I used windows 7 sp1 COEM version. Installed it in vmware and backup it using acronis but when i restore in a real machine i was having problems. Corrupted files, pc freeze etc. What method do you recommend me? What works best for you? Thnx in advance.
