Not really. I was testing it. Ever hear of that brainiac? It is the scripts fault. It said you can't install an x86 version over an x64 install. I was selecting 64 bit ultimate.
fetish, it's not a problem strictly related to THIS script. You can easily check ANY OTHER AIO DVD and you'll obtain the same error, i think. The fact is that the only thing that AIO DVD are using from the x64 DVD is the INSTALL.WIM, while the BOOT.WIM and all the other files related to the DVD BOOT are coming from the x86 DVD. So it's pretty clear that you cannot use such a DVD to Upgrade (or even to Repair...) an x64 installation.
I do not want to get run "start.bat" and after 3-4 hours of repacking image, when the updates must be included, give me some error...I think the command lines must be deleted from start.bat...or NOT?!!
I'd rather have one disk to install window 7 with. My question is two-fold? Is using the AIO as successful as using separate disks with x32 and x64. If yes, can someone link to a AIO package without any loaders and/or activation scripts in it or tell me what folders and files to remove or whatever? I'm a beginner so simple instructions would be appreciated if possible Thanks
Hi there! Edit the start.cmd and remove the em part at the bottom, and remove all "CALL em" and it will not install any activation stuff
I am uploading an update to this with a few bugs fixed and an extra update, and the latest RemoveWAT E.T.A 10 mins
Cus it contains msu files (windows updates) for both 32bit and 64bit Nice kit from Hazar, even if i already have AIO dvd.
creating an iso now and i will install it in vmware. i did a little script editing to the cmd file since it takes a while to complete .
