Error: 0x8007000D is the same error I get when I try from x86 Enterprise. It is English, no Unicode etc.
BTW, does anyone know if the Enterprise Evaluation image is the same thing as the 'regular' images? Or are there any differences?
Phazor it comes with Evaluation key (I think 10 days to activate) you can change the channel in ei.cfg from Eval to OEM and insert the default enterprise key . please test the ZWT keygen on non "EN-US" machines and report back. WinFLP are you sure? can you test it on more virtual machines/different systems. I really want to find out what is the catch here, why it does not work for everyone. what prevent it from working for everyone? because a lot of users report it's works, but also alot report it does not.
Report: It definitely works with non US-EN versions. But it didnt right away. Heres what i did: 1) Installed Win7 Pro @ UTC+1 2) Ran my exe / No go 3) Set TimeZone to UTC-6 / No go 4) Was in the middle of setting TimeZone to UTC-8 when it suddenly activated Now i dont know if the system was still in UTC-6 and the whole thing just took a while OR if Windows went into UTC-8 before i clicked OK and activated quasi on the spot. Murphys Law i guess, but it definitely works on non US-EN installations. Oh and once it was activated i could deactivate it and reactivate it as often as i wanted to on any time zone. Go figure...
Enterprise evaluation comes with the evaluation key built in, and wlms.exe which will shutdown the computer once the trial expires. Standard VL Enterprise disc can be activated with the eval key, and the trial disc can be activated against KMS or MAK, without having to modify ei.cfg, after install just start going away at slmgr /ipk. I tested against a en-us machine which used a non-trial Enterprise disc, which was previously activating fine against another KMS server. The original text files accompanying the kms spoof server only mentions Professional, and not enterprise. I will try against some enterprise VMs when I get a chance. Also, when in doubt, reboot.
Thanks, thats what i wanted to know. Little sense in installing the EVAL if it cant be properly activated... And so does a string in the code. Thats the string thats displayed in the console so its obviously not meant for Enterprise...
That's what I meant in my previous post. I also got the 0x8007000D error on my Windows 7 Professional x86 installation. Yesterday I tried this method on several installations in VirtualBox: Windows 7 Professional x86 - not working Windows 7 Professional x64 - working fine Windows 7 Enterprise x86 - working fine Windows 7 Enterprise x64 - working fine Windows 7 Enterprise x86 - 2nd install - working fine Windows 7 Enterprise x86 - old install activated via KMS VMware image - now with "ZWT Method" - not working Windows Vista Enterprise x86 - old install activated via KMS VMware image - now with "ZWT Method" - working fine!!! So, It's a very good success rate - but it's not a 100% success rate.
So it does work with Enterprise after all? Odd... Anyhow, now that i used my exe a couple of times i noticed that no visual output at all is not exactly cool either. So i am going to make a new one that does all the cmd stuff automatically while retaining the CMD windows so one can at least see what happens. So while im at it; what are the REG_SZ's for the server editions. Might as well throw them in as well because apparently it works in some cases. What i need is these: How do they show up under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion ?
it also work for me on Enterprise without entering a key (because Enterprise OEM already come in KMS client mode). we have got to find out why it's not working for everyone... to anyone that it does not work for him, please check that your Date/Time Zone/Regional Settings are matching, and try again and report back. thank you.
I will do more testing after i made the new exe. Still waiting for someone to post the REG_SZ's for the server editions...
What I can offer you is from a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Installation: ProductName: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise EditionID: ServerEnterprise InstallationType: Server Was it that you were looking for?
If that is what it says under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion then yes, then that is exactly what i was looking for. Thanks very much. That leaves the other Server editions and that 'Web Server' one. Since the Enterprise edition of Server is just 'ServerEnterprise', i assume that the others are: Can anyone confirm this? The Web Server one could be 'WebServer', or more probably 'ServerWeb' if it uses the same naming convention as the other Server editions...
I figured most of them out via PIDX Check: The key for Windows Server 2008 R2 HPC Edition doesnt display any edition info though, so thats the last one i need to know. Anyone?
I can confirm this but something is strange. Yesterday I've installed a Vmware Fusion on a iMac with "Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise" and COULDN'T activate with the ZWT keygen. I always got the error "invalid data". It was the German edition. I've tried it several times yesterday and today, with different time zones too. Today I tried the same with VirtualBox on Mac with a "Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard" German edition and COULD activate on the first try! Don't know on what it depends on, maybe someone will find out soon. Rgds x-5
someone @ VDOWN wrote: tried to use zwt keygen without succes. Answer from MaRKuS_TH-DJM: same here the first time i tried. but then i did the following: 1. do a slmgr.vbs /rilc 2. do a slmgr.vbs /rearm 3. restart then repeat the steps as mentioned in the readme. it worked here. if you get error at the third step (slmgr.vbs /ato) try it several times. it worked the third time here. I tried these steps with a Enterprise version and a working KMS Key. i think this keygen is the most clean solution because you don't need to do any system modifications. Maybe this helps some people here where the ZWT fix didn´t work.
I re-installed Windows 7 Professional x86 and x64 in Virtualbox today - tried the ZWT KMS Method - both are running fine now! I also tried the Windows 7 Enterprise installation again today - which I could not re-activate yesterday - several times without success again - but than I did a slmgr -rearm, restart, and slmgr -ato again: Booom! Activated! Thanks for the tip !!!
