Tried this for a very short time. First thing it asked was for me to log off. As I did I noted I wanted to change my user picture. Opened picture in windows picture viewer. Right clicked and clicked open with. This caused explorer to crash (numerous times) Removed program and repeated above, no crash and choose photoshop no crash. Explorer crashes make it not as useful as I hoped. Classic start menu no crash. Regards
never i had this problem ... from first time i used it .. and i didnt have any problems.... its stable enough to use it .. and i love it!!
Разбери тва, шматко! Не сме тука да си говорим на пет хиляди езика.. Anyways, I love the new UI, makes it a lot easier. I've been using the app since beta 2 or 3, I can't imagine Windows 8 without it now. I'm very happy to have you developing this app, you are awesome Tihiy!
That's gr8 and process of file association as I describe in my post does not create explorer task kill for U. Regards
No problem like yours - all worked fine. @Tihiy: Maybe you should add scripting-guide to post #1 - would be useful for new users, who don't have read the whole thread.
Yes the only thing I would like to know with this is how to change the Profile picture? When using this, how do we do that?
Yes, English does help on international forums and preferably 15th century or later, because I doubt people would understand English up to the 12th century: ic wiþhabban nā þanc hwelc ǣnig of þæt secgaþ
Registered on this forum just to say that this app is amazing. For me, it was an absolute essential component in working along with Win8. Is there a donation link anywhere? Thanks
Ok well went back to win 8 exp and changed my picture but got me thinking. Where do we go if we want to do a refresh of win 8 while in win 7 exp?
Is it possible to change language in Win7 context menü "Pin/Unpin to/from Start Menu" into System language?
It should be localized. If you're using installer, it would grab shell32.dll.mui from your DVD / installation and use strings from there. You run "reagentc.exe /boottore" from elevated command prompt and you're in recovery menu after reboot from where you recover.
When you mean recover, do you mean refresh or reinstall? I mean the refresh (you keep all your files and settings and crap like that, just system files are reinstalled)
