After completing the download i will verify using this script...newyz i'm damn confident that some of the direct download links are modified...
i downloaded from digitalriver a few weeks ago and i downloaded win7 homePremium x64 today, i checked the hashes on all 3 iso downloads and they match the original rtm msdn hashes perfectly, so you peeps have probably got corruption or incomplete files one thing you should do when downloading big files like this from http/websites is get a download manager, i used Orbit downloader orbitdownloader.com, it took the speed from fairly average up and down and inconsistent to copmletly maxed out using orbit downloader the download managers will let you download 10 chunks at once which gives a better smoother overall download from digitalriver links
Download manager is very essential from digitalriver links where downloads from google chrome or firefox may show `completed' before the actual completion. Had this problem with my office browser. Fortunately, one knows the exact file size so that any change from that means that most probably browser did not complete the download. FYI, non-N, and non-enterprise 32 bit is 2443256 KB, and 64 bit is 3149108 KB.
i used flashgot download manager to download the 32-bit home premium iso from digital river.... but after installation the system was having some problems like volume reset after every session, conflict during shutdown(sometimes),pop-ups asking me to connect to the internet, some unknown programs listed by eset smart security, flickering during starting windows etc etc.And the hash was also not matching. Now i've formatted everything
I think people are getting mixed up here as to why the file hashes don't match the files the digitalriver links are not iso files they unpack to a windows 7 folder then you need to make the iso file. That is the whole reason FreeStyler made the scripts.
