@SOLOR, KB2425227 should be removed as well as it is replaced by KB2526946. Also new IIS update KB2550766 replaces KB2489256.
It should say "Service Pack 1". Mine is as follows: Code: Windows 7 Ultimate Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. Service Pack 1
Hmm odd.Winver does not show existance of SP1 either but SP1 is defenetly present because the MSDN image has even the SP1 backup/rollback files removed.Registry shows that i indeed have SP1.Im thinking maybe some update is causing this but i have no idea what update it could be. I know i have some superseded still installed.I have not taken the time to run burfadel's excellent skript to remove them yet.
I'll update to the lastest hotfixes and run the superseded remover.Hopefully this will fix the situation. Although the last time i mass installed the updates my pc spent an hour rolling back the changes because it was unable to apply the hotfixes. But i'll remove the superseded. first.Perhaps something is blocking the upgrade. EDIT: So 23 superseded uninstalled and BuildlabEx 7601.17514.amd64fre.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850 but still same as before...
