    up to now i tryed LDR and also GDR version (normal online installation )
    both with the same error. :tongue2:

    Ah ok! so its definitely broken then! The update that is meant to fix an issue actually makes the issue an almost certainty! Shame though, as the other newer files in the update are perfectly fine.

    Well, i integrate everything from solor site, and still that update show, but last time somebody says that update is supersed.

    Quick thinking on hotfix update

    Good thinking and excellent work as these are not readily accessible at MS site even on request.
    However, hot fixes are specific and one needs to know and download only what is needed. :cheers:

    little Details

    Hi Chris !! Thanks for all your work ! Just a little message, can you explain e.g in the Office dir, what are all the files (just a little desription: FilterPack, MASetup.exe, OSCFB, ...etc Thanks in advance One more thing (how did you the off-line updates ?) thanks again !

    HOHO my fault, i think i will, for the off-line updates) find the documentaiton in the thread !! Didn't see 311 posts ... :)

    Ah ok! I tried about five or six other new updates at the same time, and they were working and this one still wasn't. I thought they may have pulled it and were in the process of posting another...

    "new superseded updates" means this updates are superseded at the time of their release.

    In other words: there is no reason to install updates that are superseded.

    normally this happens, if ms releases several updates of one component.
    Only the highest version should be installed then.

    Can you update the Office 2010 post-SP1 and .NET 4.0 updates?
