If you already have redist 6161 installed, or KB2538243 (or visual studio update 2538241 etc), it won't show in WU.

So you did update them already, is what I was trying to ask? What I'm saying is that I got the impression that you were going to re-upload them again, from what Cipherx was saying. But then I check the contents of the .7z download I did and it seems it already had the changes you mentioned, so this confuses me. In short: are your .7z packages up to date now or not?

@Burfadel: so what you are saying is that if you previously had 6161 installed, the WU update won't show? That would explain why it won't show for me as I already had 6161 installed previously.

    Thanks, SoLoR.

Burfadel, I can't get that KB2538243 to show up in WU whatever I do.

Is there a x64 version of 2633171 (os kernel to 218855)?
The 2592546 (bulldozer) which I installed when I shouldn't have gave me 21855. Now back to 21831.
    Thanks

@shon3i - I just tested your aio vc runtimes on win7 x64 & WU is asking for KB 2538243.

@burfadel - What registry setting is needed for WU to be satisfied in regards to KB 2538243. I'll test your latest VC runtimes later on.

    Thanks guys for doing this...

So what about KB2549661-v2-x86 and KB2619234-v2-x86? Does the x86 version of KB2619234 not do the same thing as the x64 counterpart then?

    Check here:
    Code:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\6E815EB96CCE9A53884E7857C57002F0\InstallProperties]

or do a full registry search for:
    Code:
    x86 9.0.30729.6161
    x64 9.0.30729.6161

Only x64 ver of KB2549661-V2 was questionable; x86 of it is clearly superseded (by KB2619234-v2) since it doesn't contain the Rpcproxy.dll updates.

Edit (after re-reading my post): Trinket, you asked a very valid question and I didn't mean to imply that the answer was obvious. It's just that since the x86 ver doesn't contain the potentially non-superseded files of x64, that there was no question it could be superseded- that was the part that I meant was clear.

I've searched and the latest for x64 is in the repo: KB2532445-v2 (6.1.7601.21831). Hopefully that botched Bulldozer patch will get fixed soon..

Instead, all I got was an offer to upgrade to Pro (a paid option). Possibly because I'm using Chrome/Iron? I tried passing the folder link to JDownloader but that didn't work. I was able to copy all the links of the various files, and after editing them so each link was standalone, I tried to put JDownloader to work and get them all that way, but that didn't work either.

    Cheers and Regards
