Look for "ELSE (" and ")"
    and change "/online" to "/image:path"

burfadel - i think i discovered some errors in your superseded uninstaller script. Most relate to x86 updates it seems:

    Listed for removal from x64:
KB2615128-x64 . Should actually say KB2615128-v2 as it seems to be replaced by KB2615128-v3 . Also removed only from x64 not x86 for some reason...
KB2619234 - Should also be removed from x86 but is not...

    Not removed:
KB2615701 - Previously an x86 only update. Now replaced by KB2615701-v2 for both x86 and x64. Not removed by the uninstaller.

EDIT: Oops i might have accidently used the 9th January version not the latest 11th January. So possibly my mistake.

    2647409 2639308
x64 hotfixes are missing for download (they just forgot them i think).

It's not so bad for 2639308, it's superseded.

but 2647409 contains version 6.1.7601.21866 of
    machine.inf and
    windows-t..teconnectionmanager
witch are now only available as x86 version.

the Bulldozer problem is solved with 2646060 and 2645594
    but:
2646060 Important: If you apply this update, you cannot revert the settings by uninstalling this update. This update should only be installed on computers that have KB2645594 installed.
2645594 Important: The power management policy for processor core parking on your computer may prevent this update from producing the desired performance increase. To disable core parking, install the hotfix that is described in article 2646060.

also notice there are reg changes for:
    2639308 (superseded by 2645594); 2642357 and 2617057 (superseded by 2647401)
(note the kb article of the superseding hotfixes do not contain the reg change info)

    @RicaNeaga
the 2592546 has mod date 05.11.2011 and was released at 15.12.2011
2646060 has mod date 06.12.2011 and was released at 11.01.2012
2645594 has mod date 25.11.2011 and was released at 11.01.2012
so there is always a month delay.
    since 13.10.2011 2568088 is superseded by 2586470
    (look at my list)

2619041 might be better for win32k.sys 21869 - only LDR, no GDR

So basically, Microsoft are saying you have to install both updates, and not just either of them... so, why make them separate updates to begin with? why not include both updates in a single update?!
