McRip, you can remove KB2666390 and KB2701799-v2 from repo as they are now obsoleted.

    KB2666390 obsoleted by both KB2709715 and KB2710594
    KB2701799-v2 obsoleted by KB2705357-v2

The .NET errors mentioned about are still showing up in the event viewer, this time without installing Ricktendos .NET4 addon.

This is probably being caused by a .NET 2, 3 or 3.5 hotfix.

@ McRip, The latest IE9, does also include the latest cumulative update. So you can remove it from your repo.

Lol im running 9.0.5 despite having the latest cumulative installed. Maybe it still needs hotfixes installed on top, to up the version number. But regardless IE is unusable on my system. Im a Firefox user.

Yes that's true however by forcing LDR installation of IE9 cumulative update we can bump files to LDR.

I agree. If I knew which ones were for .NET, I would try excluding them and then install them after Windows.

Do installing Fixit50531 and Fixit50688 as suggested fix this issue?

Fixit 50531 has nothing to do with any .NET product. It affects Microsoft-Windows-CAPI2 only.
