    I'm not worried about that at all, its easy because you are starting from scratch...What concerns me is that they will abandon Windows 7 when 8 comes out

    BTW 2711617 for .net 4.0 Extended supersedes NONE

    I know, rickie, they might abandon Windows 7, I will abandon Windows 8. And I think a lot of people will do that, too.

    so, microsoft is releasing windows 8
    in oktober for europe?
    i don't like the metro interface of windows 8.

    BTW I dont think you need msxml6-KB2721693-enu-*.exe on Win7

    With 2721693 i think you are right. For me it does not work.
    KB artikle tells its for Win7 but Security Bulletin say no.

    With 973688 i'm not sure if it is superseded with 2721691, it contains much more.
