You uploaded KB2716542-x64. Take a look at it. It is replaced by KB2705742

I believe that KB2683549 (embedded-usb.inf, usb.inf, usbport.inf: 6.1.7601.21937) is superseded by KB2720599 (embedded-usb.inf, usb.inf, usbport.inf: 6.1.7601.22012).

No it also contains windows-crashdump, this is not replaced

 

2720599 does not contain embedded-usb.inf
it contains embedded-usbport.inf
