Yeah it seems quite obvious they are just accusing without actually checking! I've sent Mediafire a response asking them in what way the copyright is infringed, and likewise both Microsoft and LeakID emails listed in the infringement notices, but I doubt whether I'll get any proper answers back. I basically asked them in what way does the file infringe on copyright, because its plainly obvious they didn't check the files before lodging those claims. I thought it wise not to send the emails from my regular Microsoft Hotmail account
