If you use the (superseded) files in my folders you will Satisfy WU.
Note that there ara also some non superseded Updates that need to be installed in GDR.
Finding Satisfy WU updates is a time consumption process (installing/uninstalling/reboot/check wu) and is not an exact science.
I have tested these updates on several systems.
And if you use KUC with the "Satisfy WU" option, WU does not popup.

What did i do with the image?
    1. Integrate 999158 + 999159 as GDR + LDR (old version) (2012-03-02)
    2. remove 999158+999159 GDR+LDR (old version) (2012-06-02)
    3. Integrate 999158 + 999159 as GDR + LDR (new version) (2012-06-02)
    4. remove 999158+999159 GDR+LDR (2012-08-09)
------------> Result for me wudfcoinstaller.dll in the system32 folder not reset to SP1 version.

I also got this behavior on one of my PC's, where all updates were installed and removed online.
Maybe i made an mistake and forgot to uninstall the old version first, but i don't think so.

Maybe you really forgot to uninstall the old version first, I do it every time before installing new file versions.
On my online system and offline images everything is working 100%.
That's why I was asking you. I will perform some other tests regarding your issues. I'll let you know about it.

    Thanks

Well, I've also tested both x86 and x64 builds on a few system for the past days, and I can say that the kb mentioned in my previous post were the ones needed in my case. But I can't argue with you, since probably WU also is ok with your additions. It's like you said, not science, but really a necessity for offline installs. Thank you for having such a folder on your server, and really hope you won't consider it a nonsense like others anytime soon. :)

    I think 2610379-v2 is still valid (??) cscobj.dll 21864, not superceded by 2714030-v2

edit: komm is correct, 2715922 also has cscobj.dll 21864, so we don't need 2160379-v2

WU Satisfy is not really a must.

Users who don't want them can hide them; like McRip.

Users who have WU set to auto will install the updates with no harm.
If a newer hotfix is installed, it will be still active even if the superseded "Satisfy WU" update is installed.

It's just for cosmetics and it proofs that we are make a good work and take care of the security for the user.

I normally run KUC on a computer, install all updates and reset WU to auto so every necessary update is installed till the next run of KUC.

Normal users don't want to update their computers every day, but they want their systems to be as safe as possible and as stable as possible.

Burfadel you think you can update your install script to be compatible with Windows 8?

BTW why not stick with DropBox?

Removing 2698707 but not 2656356 was my fault, not McRip's. Apologies to McRip for my mistake!

To all- everything is correct in the repo currently.

I plan to do exactly that! But would rather have an 'activational' copy installed first, whichever way that activation may occur! It should be considered risky to install Windows 8 at the moment (due to activation and unpatched bugs), so would rather wait a month or two by which time hopefully an effective 'fix' (activation method) is found. If no method is found and it becomes generally available I'll purchase Windows 8 anyway since it's supposedly quite cheap, and have it fully Windows 8 compliant then.

I did think that for a start, but dropbox doesn't allow general folder viewing? (for the other stuff I upload that isn't in my signature). I will set up the folder on McRip's server sometime in the next day or so, at the moment I'm otherwise occupied. I'm unexpectedly kept busy this weekend!

    Tomorrow is patch-day, isn't it? After patch-day it's hotfix-day. And after hotfix-day it is 7z day. ;)
