Ok, great for having a new .7z tommorow. The results of my x86 komm/McRip folders scan are: Post edited. The info from here can be found in a post from the next page.
Thanks I do not have the dll in System32, after my Windows 7 is lighter (a component that I can be removed)
@McRip Ok, good. Edited my previous reply, so komm will have one less question to answer to. One last question, McRip, for both x86 and x64 - KB2519946 from komm's additional VMdriver folder is present in your main folder, however KB2525835. Why is that? Is KB2525835 not applicable or superseeded?
Moved KB2519946 KB2525835 is for server only. 2724629 is also used for some IPv6 specific stuff. But I don't wanna go into details now. Not only used for SNMP.
WOW this has been the most confusing update month yet and my head is spinning between fixes that may or may not work, reg settings that may or may not need to be added to get the fixes to even work, MSFixIts to add, items to run after boots and after other fixes... I feel like a need a manual for all of this This group is nothing short of amazing and I am humbled that you always manage to figure out this mess that MS keeps throwing at you at this point I sincerely feel MS should be ashamed of themselves for not putting out SP3 already!!!! THANKS VERY MUCH to all!!!
I always integrate KB917607, however I don't understand the logic behind having it in the main folder. Once again, it's not an update, just an addition.
Really? how many? Maybe they're clearing their backlog of hotfixes so they concentrate more on Windows 8. Unfortunately it seems likely the most major bug of Windows 8 won't be fixed (the new UI!).
