'Funny' this is after all this gets sorted, the 20 or so new updates Mcrip mentioned earlier will be posted and the whole process will start over again! or they will replace the very updates in question...

I'm getting errors with the latest KUC and not sure how to resolve this for an offline image. The instructions to fix this is for an online image. My last offline wim is from 0614 and the difference to get current came to 85 updates that I downloaded and installed with the KUC cmd files. As far as I can tell. 999158 and 999159 are not in the offline image, so I don't understand why KUC is complaining about the two fixes below.
    Code:
Windows6.1-KB2685811-x86.msu REMOVE Bad file version of wdfres.dll found!
Windows6.1-KB2685813-x86.msu REMOVE Bad file version of wudfx.dll found!

I wanna just ask komm and McRip to please dont stop posting .net4 updates now that 4.5 is out (I still plan on continuing maintaining it)

Hopefully the first hotfix for 4.5 is released soon

I just want to point out before anyone asks, that for NET Framework, 4.5 actually replaces 4.0. It is not like (for instance) NET Framework 3.5 that is on top of 3.0.

This is why the hotfixes for 4 don't need to be posted anymore, because people should be on 4.5 :)

Its for XP, 4.5 is not compatible. I know it replaces it

I don't find a solution of DVD integration of 2685811/13 with success on every DVD.
Thats the reson why 2685811/13 are dvd prohibited and should be installed online.

Okay, I was confused because I did not see (Not integratable into Offline image!) as with KB2533552. I may have missed it in the FAQ. So, all I do is remove those from the wim and install them later?

Could be you never had 999158 and 999159 in your wim to begin with. Package removal doesn't look like it is complete because I still see the .mum and .cat files in the mounted image even though 999158 and 999159 no longer appear in the dism /image:r:\Offline /get-packages /format:table /English report file.

    edit:
Looking at other package removals, it looks like the .cat and .mum files are not removed from the mounted image. At
what time do these files get removed? After committing?
