It's in the IE cumulative update for August (KB2722913). It says this in the KB you posted. Thanks for keeping an eye out for hotfixes though.
Just checked, can't install it on a x86 windows 7 with IE9. So komm was right, it seems IE8 only. Weird then, another MS bulls**t.
2707082 is not needed if IE9 is installed and it's already included in the IE cumulative update for those that have IE8 installed. But, I think only the GDR portion of that package is installed with the cumulative update. So komm probably included 2707082 in KUC to get the LDR for those that have IE8 installed. Edit: I may be wrong- I just downloaded the cumulative update for IE8 and I don't see the windows-scripting-jscript component in it so 2707082 may be needed for IE8, even if the cumulative update is installed. Not 100% sure though since I don't use IE8..
And one more suggestion, mainly for Win Toolkit users - if you make a silent installer out of the latest WDK 8 Redistributable, and run it at first logon, or even on a live system, it won't install KB2685811 and KB2685813!!! It only copies the two (named umdf-1.11-Win-6.1.msu and kmdf-1.11-Win-6.1.msu to the program files install folder), but doesn't install them!!! Hopefully they will be integrable on all systems (waiting for komm to give us an answer, since he has such a ''problematic'' configuration, I for one don't), or else move them to the silent installer section in Win Toolkit.
I'll make an installer for it for silent installs in ldr/qfe mode this coming week. Maybe at the next weekend it is finished.
I had a very quick look to see the manifest file versions, they seemed to have the same version number of the files, but it is indeed a v2 update vs a v1 update by the rest of the files. I thought it might have been missed because of this that's all
