McRip, KB2729094-v2 can be removed, no? Superseded by KB2739286 and KB2739286 is removed in your changelog
Sorry guys. I'm totally overtired that's why I pressed the "wrong" button. ALL's fixed now. I gotta hit the pillow now.
McRip: thank you for all the hard work that went into updating the repo. One I see that should be added is 2743978. It doesn't supersede anything. Also, 2636591 can be removed (superseded by 2752259) and 2647409 can be removed (superseded by 2750090).
Checked these out, and it is indeed correct. Update 2647409 only updates SP1, 2750090 updates both RTM and SP1 and is later. Also, there is both the x86 and x64 versions of 2750090 in both the x86 and x64 folders.

burfadel, thank you for posting that what I said is correct. I'm pretty sure McRip could've checked it on his own, but I feel reassured having your stamp of approval.
2743978 supersedes KB2695321-v2 KB2647409 ist not superseded because of the machine.inf that KB2750090 does not include. So it is not superseded. 13.10.2012 Added: KB2743978 Removed: KB2636591 KB2695321-v2
Yes, but I have a newer version of machine.inf that the version in the KB2647409. It is replaced by another update
