Should we wait for the final version of KB2670838 (Platform Update), or can we just install it now? This update is labelled as pre-release in Microsoft Download Center.

@McRip Hi...i cant find the zipped hotfix package on hotfix2.cesidian.info/..i used to get it from your site...
Yes. This update contains directx components which makes the whole system much faster and the display much sharper. Direct write rendering works more fluently
The week or so after patch Tuesday can be a bit full on, since there are usually a bulk release of hotfixes within a few days of the general release (Windowsupdate) patch Tuesday. I'll upload the new installer (for WU satisfaction) and uninstaller once the new updates are finalised, since they are common in dribs and drabs.
Could you please take a deeper look by yourself bapt? KB2744842 (IE9) is in the list and please search the whole list and not the first two or three lines. And KB2737468 is for IE 8. I do not support IE8.
When I say "is not present", I want to say, is not present in the list of hotfix "Removed" for KB2737468 (or I have not seen) Ok KB2737468 it's for IE8, but this hotfix isn't superseded (for IE8, of course) I didn't know that the "Old Update Remover" was only for IE9, I would not use it, then
Office 2010 2012/11/15 Updated: csi-x-none.msp, onenote-x-none.msp, outlfltr-x-none.msp, all outlookintl*.*.msp (ar-sa to zh-tw)
BTW, great job on the update lists, McRip! I download the updates with DownThemAll! but have set the server downloads to "1" in case the server gets bogged due to multi-threaded downloads (or does this not matter?). I finally updated my Office 2010 update list (hadn't done since April) and was surprised to see how much smaller some updates are now when compared to the April ones (like 60mb then vs 40mb now). Usually updates get bigger, not smaller I guess MS did some code optimizations or something.
I pointed out the same thing a while ago, and Ricktendo64 (I think it was him) pointed out that the updates no longer contain files for pre-SP1 Office. Previously some updates included a couple of the files that were part of the service pack (and hence are no longer required).
Until now I did not shrink the bandwidth for anybody. Personally I like the way you do it now to set the downloads to 1. You lead by example, thank you. But the hoster did not complain yet... And the bandwidth is TBs per month...
