translated from Wzor.net "Since installing updates to the system may result in devastating consequences for individual system configurations that we do not plan deployment of these updates for free access" that means no leaks ?
what? and the point of showing us a huge list was? They could've said the same about the sp1 leak but they leaked it anyway....
Just as when RTM (SP0) was released, a bunch of the updates are dummy updates to test the update mechanism. 2000011 through 2000021 almost certainly are dummies. There are probably others, too. And the 600MB (actually closer to 500MB, according to their own count) figure is deceptive because that includes all three μarchs.
no, that just means wzor wont leak it, maybe zukona will... ill ask after 1st of feb. There is no point... we all know MS makes lots of hotfixes daily... so in 2 months they must of pile up Question if you where interested in exact number and i doubt you(we) are
actually, I was interested how many there atm, just disappointed that they didn't release them as well, just show a picture of a directory and tease us.
Thanks; still, then, the last DirectX update was June, 2010. Did M$ give up on this do you think or...?
J***s, SP 1 isn't even fully out the door; I don't think even M$ knows yet what SP2, if any, will bring. This all goes hand in hand with all the BS about Windows 8 surfacing on the net lately-something to be ignored.
Agreed (the part about me agreeing with myself not withstanding) I also highlighted that in the Windows 8 thread, but did so quite superfluously lol. The real story is what will happen with Windows 9, Windows 8 is old news
that is server + client combined... client only is closer to x86 number (few updates higher, but certanly not 40 more) + then you have probably 1/4 of superseeded updates.
Its probably more than that now... but then again, you should keep in mind that some of those probably already supersede each other!
