They are removed The numbers at the top section of the list include all updates to remove, including versioned kb numbers (such as KB2708811-v2). If an update has been replaced by a newer update of the same KB number (but with a -v2 etc), the number won't show in the top section but will appear in the bottom section which contains versioned info. The updates you listed have been replaced by updates with a different KB number, so the removal information is in the top section.

You need to take a deeper look. It's in the Additional/RSAT folder. I moved it without mentioning it in the changelog. You can read it a few posts before.
