before I forget it, regarding dotnetfx45_full_x86.exe (KB2770445) (32-bit systems) dotnetfx45_full_x86_x64.exe (KB2770445) (64-bit systems) Just install it by clicking the "Repair" solution. After restarting the computer you have to reinstall the .NET 45 updates. Restart again and all is in order. Then also WU does not complain about the missing .NET 45 update KB2770445.

Thanks. On hotfix2.cesidian.info I got a 403 error if I click on directory. If I click this link in urlbar, it loads successfully.

I duplicated Hjyu's issue in IE9 and also in Chrome but in Chrome I also get the below error when I go into any folder in the runtimes Forbidden You don't have permission to access /Microsoft.Runtimes/DotNET_Framework4.5/ on this server.
I tried in Firefox and Chrome. It seems that problem is begining from hotfix2.cesidian.info/Microsoft.Runtimes/ and down through the sub-directories. The server return the "403" error if browser sends the "Referer" in http request.

lol, I've had a few recent archive files on the Win8 repo for the past month where I had "2012" in the filename. So McRip isn't the only one lagging with the year.
