To integrate "IE10" in offline, there is only need IE10.cab and KB2670838
It works very well and KB2792100 and KB2797052 are superseded (and WU shows no hotfix for IE10 final)

for IE10 i try the integrated in offline and test it aero working fine and no problem found , look like just like bapt said if need integrated IE10 final in offline just need KB2670838 & IE10.cab only , when integrated it i check at wu and no hotfix for IE10 , i think KB2792100 and KB2797052 are superseded by IE10 final and other prerequisites also superseded by IE10 final , here i integrated in offline IE10 version and test in new notebook and pc

    Integrated IE10 offline version
    Version : 10.0.9200.16521
    Update Version : RTM (KB2718695)

    Testing Windows 7 offline
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1( x64 / x86 ) - Testing no problem found , aero has work fine and IE10 also work fine
Windows 7 Professional SP1 (x64 / x86 ) - Testing no problem found , aero has work fine and IE10 also work fine
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 ( x64 / x86 ) - In Process testing (but i think also no problem it , cos test on PRO and ULT has working fine)
Windows 7 Home Basic SP1 ( x64 / x86 ) - In Process testing (but i think also no problem it , cos test on PRO and ULT has working fine)
Windows 7 Starter SP1 ( x86 ) - In Process testing (but i think also no problem it , cos test on PRO and ULT has working fine)

big thanks to McRip for the IE10 final .cab file and and IE10 prerequisites and the IE10 installer , and also big thanks for pegasus80 has integrated to offline image & tested it on a live system. also big thanks bapt has teach DISM integrated. thanks for other staff found the superseded hotfix.

    But when I run IE 10 x64, I have a 32bit and 64bit process.
    If I open a 2nd IE window, I have two 32bits process

It is not possible to have only 64bits process?

i'm guess 1st open IE10 will be launch both bit for process plugin 32bit and 64bit for IE10 .... when 2nd IE open the IE10 detect just launch 32bit plugin only that will launch the 32bit IE10 .... IE10 not like IE9 has 64bit and 32bit to choose want to launch 32bit or 64bit , in windows 7 64bit it just have 1 IE10 for launch only , maybe IE10 will auto adjust launch for the plugin , yet to be confirmed ~ i'm not PRO for IT but if I'm wrong, i'm really sorry, i hope that we can make more better for MDL ... :)

With IE8, the two processes were 64bits
With Windows 8 and IE10, how it happens?

The whole system is just being heavily ddosed again. Guys, I am really f**king fed up with that situation...

If this situation will continue the next days then I will shut down this fantastic service and project.

rickendo and burfadel needn't worry about their accounts. They will remain...

Understand my decision if it will continue like this. You can test it by yourself by downloading a file.... A few KB/s...

Is yours the only account getting attacked?

Maybe you need to AdFly the hotfixes

Are you serious with adfly the updates?

The whole server is being ddosed. This is my own server. I pay a lot dough for it every month... Due to data security I am not allowed to show you the log files... You woudn't believe it...

KB2726535-x64, KB2729094-v2-x64 (in GDR and LDR); and KB2786081-x64 (in LDR) are required to satisfy M$ update when the cabs are installed live. The hotfixes are , as you stated, not required.

The x86 and x64 bit processes are part of the "Enhanced Protected Mode" introduced with IE 10 which runs in 64-bit process and can be altered in Group Policy to suit your needs. IE 9 and earlier use the IE 7 Standard for protected mode which is 32-bit only. IE 10 uses both if not configured otherwise depending on the security settings etc. and that is also "Default" behaviour.

Maybe you should install firewall and ban their IP`s, or something about that? I guess they will not not accept your request

The service will be online in about 2 hours. I had to route it to another place through dns. If I wouldn't have done that all the other servers wouldn't have worked either anymore. I first need some coffee because I just got up.

How many IP's shall I ban through the firewall? DDOS attacks can't be stopped that way. It can't be stopped in any way.

I am thinking about that only WinToolkit and The downloader from Alphawaves will be allowed to download the updates.

If IE10 is installed "Online", these hotfix are "Satisfy WU"?

You know, this is what setting in Group Policy?

    Thanks

McRip, good luck for the problems with the server

I would be ok with that but better yet would be request based access. So by default ban all IP-s and when someone need access they provide their IP and you add it to the whitelist.
Ofcourse depending on the number of requests this can get tiresome very quickly. However when another alternative is to shut the servers down then request based access doesent seems so drastic anymore.
There are also companies out there who supposedly shield you from DDoS attacks but im rather skeptical about those.

McRip, I'm very sorry about your issue. I'm not a member of the tin foil hat brigade, so no conspiracy theories today, but it's very likely that Microsoft may have a twisted interest in keeping those servers down.

I hope you'll alow at least WinToolkit users to somehow donwnload from your server. Very sorry again, wished I could help you somehow. :(
