Since installing Office 2010 SP2 I get an error with KUC if I output a hotfix spreadsheet formatted for CSVFileView. KUC fails with 'Error 53: File not found' just as it is about to display the hotfix spreadsheet and does not write the file Remove_OLD.cmd. If I format the hotfix spreadsheet for Excel everything works as expected. I would guess that something is wrong with the command that KUC generates to view the spreadsheet with CSVFileview.exe, which is in the same folder as the KUC program. It seems that the problem is in KUC because after the error message KUC does not write the file Remove_OLD.cmd. Any ideas?

Just letting people know, I haven't forgotten the installer! I will post a test version of v29 this weekend once I make a few more changes.

    Thanks McRip for the updates.

Experiencing slow download speed at my region (< 180KBps).:flag:
Is this normal ? ... If not, any mirror would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Updated the 2013 repo. Thanks for the hint.

Regarding the download speed. Within Europe, especially Germany, you should get full download speed. Other providers in other countries handle this issue otherwise. I have no bearing on any download speed in any foreign country. Maybe your provider curbs anything?

Just extracted all your files and placed them within the update folder and did a fresh install the same kb2553092 was offered with windows update, so i just updated the targetdir-x-none with the newer one that came in kb2553092, and did another fresh install. and all now ok. the patch number is the same on both files, just the windows update file has a content date created 1 hour later than your file.
