What is the use of IE_SUPPORT_amd64_en-US.CAB? Should I integrate it as well to an offline Windows 7 SP1 image?

No, it's just a regular kernel update that is superseded the funny thing that MS included KB2882822 (which is also a kernel update) as prerequisite for IE11, but they included it for ITraceRelogger component and not for kernel
