For Windows 7 on patch Tuesday:

    New:
    KB2830477
    KB2893519
    Resolves issues with Windows.

    Updated:
    KB947821
    Root certificates
    KB890830 (malicious software removal tool)

Supposedly changed metadata (but binaries the same):
    KB2515325
    KB2647753

Most likely a few security updates as well, but they're not listed currently.

What is the use of IE_SUPPORT_amd64_en-US.CAB? Should I integrate it as well to an offline Windows 7 SP1 image?

These are the same I have posted.

Not needed for integraton, you can delete it.

The spoiler from ricktendo includes more links

One question, as I'm sure abbodi or someone else will figure it out much sooner than me - does KB2639308 also include some registry entries? It's mentioned as a prerequisite for the IE11 .cab, and its included kernel updates are clearly superseded... Thanks! :)

No, it's just a regular kernel update that is superseded
the funny thing that MS included KB2882822 (which is also a kernel update) as prerequisite for IE11, but they included it for ITraceRelogger component and not for kernel :D

    * KB917607 in your main folder, McRip - just an observation, not a problem. Windows Help can be a separate sub-folder in additionals
