Fortunately I already gave an alternative, that I also recommended, for RDC / RDP 8.0 & 8.1 (to activate MU and hide those hotfixes via two swichless installers), so no need to update the non integratable archives. For now :)

for this I need to disagree, as long the prerequisite files have been integrated before ie11, there will be no problem (even is not the last)

but thx for the pack thought, is really tired to download one by one ;)

Cool, I don't think it was there when I last looked. When Microsoft will update that hotfix, I'll also update the non integratable archive, and put a ''z'' in front of 2830477 :)

    Thanks again :worthy:

    For me,

    fntcache.dll: 6.2.9200.16492
    dwrite.dll: 6.2.9200.20675 (with KB2835361)

    With KB2855844, versions are 6.1.7601.22434
I do not have to install this hotfix?

And I must not remove the KB2835361?

    Thanks

If you are reffering to ''my'' solution (the archives on the previous page), all these updates are in the IE11 prerequisites sub-folder. So user error :D

Or do you want me next time to put all updates in IE11 prerequisites in the main folder? Probably a good idea... :)

If I remember correctly, KB2855844 is overwritten by platform update for E10 / IE11. Hope abbodi will help here.

But again, I've tested the updates from the archive on both x86 / x64 VMs, even the satisfy WU for GDR branch is ok... But yes, I tested ONLY with IE11 and its prerequisites :)

Correct, but also KB2706045 is superseded if you install IE9 or later.

Yes, for regular system without platform, KB2855844 Supersedes KB2835361
but if you install platform update, then KB2855844 is superseded, and KB2835361 is valid

    1. yes

    2. KB2868626 is a new update, and it's not superseded
