Yes i tried that before you with no luck not even with the english lcid (0x401) to get the enu package with direct link as i said, hotfix rollup does not have new separate lang packs
Just got around to doing a new W7 (Ultimate) system with the last version of KUC and I am getting a satisyfy WU for a 3.5.1 .NET fix (KB 2446710) that has long since been superseded. The chain is as follows: Code: 2604115 supersedes 2518869 supersedes 2446710 I'm not sure why WU wants the old fix installed. Maybe because only the LDR version of 2604115 is installed. I'm not sure if I should add the GDR version of 2604115 or 2446710. Edit: I see this may be a result of running Windows Cleanup which I ran after installing with an updated wim. Live and learn.......
komm's windows-update-checker.com site is currently being blocked by Microsoft's SmartScreen as being unsafe. 'This website has been reported to Microsoft for containing threats to your computer that might reveal personal or financial information.' The blocking screen gives an option to report to MS that the site is actually safe. I have done this, perhaps others here would also.
I got the same yesterday. Today everything seems to be ok again. I could be that the CSVFileView.exe causes the issue. I uploaded it to virustotal and 4 scanners(including Microsoft) say it's a virus/malware. Maybe i should remove the file. AhnLab-V3 Trojan/Win32.Dofoil 20140111 Ikarus Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Dofoil 20140111 Malwarebytes Trojan.Dofoil.ED 20140111 Microsoft TrojanDownloader:Win32/Dofoil.W 20140111
That's exactly what happens. Somehow the new update to Disk Cleanup (enables removing of old update files) causes WU to offer that update again. When I make my builds via sysprep I always run disk cleanup after all is done, then run WU to install that update again (this is in a VM, live) and then sysprep it.
That's quite normal that Microsoft blocks this site. They are against his scripting. That's it... Think about it. And his csv.exe is clean. It's not a trojan or anything like that. Sometimes I really hate these Microsoft mufo's...

What do you think? - New 2828030-v2 already superseded by 2895729-v2 - New 2884866-v2 (RSAT), will be added with the rest of RSAT updates soon. - 2862304-v3 is the same as 2912805 (AD LDS) - 2907244-x64, 2914029-x64 are for server only likely, some new hotfixes may pops out later, until then i need some sleep
