Windows 7 Hotfix repository

Does anyone know where to get the KB3023607 for IE11 x64? Can't find it anywhere and KB3021952 keeps prompting on WU which is what I assume it actually is.

Is there a KB3036197 for Win7? Noticed that there was one for Win8.1 but can't find anything on Win7.

The version that I have is signed in 2013/09/23, the "new" (link above) in 2014

yes, the verion in link above is newer than the cab file found in released EXE files
but that doesn't matter much, the cumulative updates will do the job
