The KB976932 with a 3,9Mb = KB2533552 but KB2533552 cannot be installed from MSU file if KB3020369 or KB3177467 are installed let WU install it, or hide it and move on
The old story again Maybe the best advice to avoid this (cosmetic) stuff is to install manually in this order, one at a time, immediately after SP1: KB2533552 KB3020369 KB3177467
It's been mentioned a "few" times before, that kb can't be offline integrated (and it should be superseded).
KB3177467 should completely supersede KB2533552, but this one cannot be integrated either as far as I know.

Interesting, thanks for that i amost always set the first registry, it's in my personal reg tweaks applied on first login, regardless if IE11 installed or not and i always set WU no never check
