September 2024 "patch Tuesday" update for Windows Embedded Standard 7 64-bit: KB5043129 security monthly quality rollup (it updates Internet Explorer to 11.0.345) There does not appear to be .NET Framework 3.5.1/4.8 updates this month.
I left the old offers mentioned above and went ahead and only installed the new September LCU. Afterwards, I scanned for updates several times including some reboots resulting with no updates found and WU is silent for now. It may have to do with the fact that for August, I ran Dism++ to clean-up replaced WinSXS assemblies. Never had problems doing this every 4 months to reduce the space being wasted.
KB5043129 security monthly quality rollup (it updates Internet Explorer to 11.0.345) --> Installed correctly. No issues!

Indeed, I've seen people on other forums mention that it also breaks Discord and Adobe Reader for them

I'd say: Get the image up to date to January 2020; Take all: Code: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/bypass-windows-7-extended-security-updates-eligibility.80606/page-350#post-1777316 October 2024 Security/Rollup Update: Code: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-7-hotfix-repository.19461/page-559#post-1855863 November 2024 Internet Explorer (KB5046630): catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5046630 (2024-11 Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 11 - Windows Server 2008 R2). Untested. No warranties express or implied. My two cents. PS: I am not recommending at this time the November 2024 cumulative or security only patches because of the browser bug. The internet explorer 11 patch appears to be fine.
@NewEraCracker Ahh good news. Thank you. I was just confused about this: What is simply not true. Windows 7 is still supported in this way. So it will still work as before simply integratable ESUs. Thanks for the info's.
