that is odd man. This could be caused by a lot of different things. I would suspect either a bug in removeWAT or something wrong with your .ISO you downloaded. Here are some tips that will fix it man.

    Fixes:
    1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type sfc /scannow
    2. Open IE and go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and press Reset
    3. Open Add/Remove Programs then go to turn windows features on or off and deselect IE8, restart when done and the check it again and reboot again.
    4. If all else fails then download another .ISO of your version of Win7 either from MSDN again or from Here or Torrents.

Notes: Try these steps in the order I posted, write back if no luck dude. Try using the newest version of RemoveWAT if you have not already used it. The newest version is 1.6 at this point.

Judging by the excessive amount of censoring you did to your image, I'm going to say you've got some s**t installed that modifies I/Explorer.exe. And I'd be willing to bet something you've installed is causing that problem.

@sam3971 i alredy tried to rest IE8 with no luck
and the ISO i downloaded is 100% OK. i check the HASES after finish.

@twiz you right i censoring in excessive but there is no real reason to that (just hide the website, and search provider),
i don't install anything that modify Iexplorer \ explorer and actually even don't install almost software at all (only the necessary - RemoveWAT, AV, FW, drivers,ICQ,flash player, acrobat reader (without toolbar) and no more ..

    thanks

IDK then, if it happens on XP then it is probably hardware related dude. Could be your vid card, cpu, ram, and even your power supply
