    First convert install.wim to install.esd ok.
    Windows 7 iso install.wim replace install.esd what you need.

    Windows 7 setup files don't recognize esd files. Substitute with win8 setup files and add the win7 license files to the win8 boot.wim.

    You could use winntsetup to install from WIM/SWM/ESD. V3.5 works great.
